« We were delighted to have you, as a member of the Community Of Practices (COP), at the collaborative workshop “Be a PM” held on September the 27th in Lyon.
You were 80 participants coming from 13 countries, representing a great diversity of functions, organizations and departments to share and exchange about human factors in project management. Constructive discussions were held on the community and on project management soft skills: interculturality, stakeholder management, remote management, collaboration, leadership & influence, co-coaching.
From your outstanding exchanges, very creative posters have been produced. «
